CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR ON-LINE SALES
All purchases made in D-lights will be subject to Spanish legislation and the conditions set out below.
All prices displayed on the product lists are VAT included. Valid prices except typographical errors.
Typographical errors and/or tariffs:
Due to the large volume of information handled and the quantity of products for sale, in specific cases there may be some kind of error in the description of the product, price or image.
In case of typographical error, variation in price or dispute of any kind, D-lights may proceed with the cancellation of the sale as a solution to said dispute, reintegrating to the customer the entire amount of the products in question.
Shipping methods and delivery times:
Shipments will usually be made through a carrier, and shipping times will vary depending on model and manufacturer, between 10 to 30 days once payment for the order is received.
The delivery time will be confirmed by e-mail automatically when you receive your order.
D-Lights will always send the items by carrier. The company can vary as long as this does not imply a manifest damage to the customer, and giving the option to the customer to collect the merchandise in our warehouses, at no cost.
Shipments to the Iberian Peninsula, The Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra will be charged according to their weight/volume, applying a special fee agreed with the carrier. Shipments outside the Peninsula, to Europe and the rest of the world will be charged with a price as adjusted as possible, according to the weight/volume of the order. The ports are in charge of the client, intermediated by D-lights so that the cost of the shipment is the minimum possible, indicating it to the client at the time of purchase.

The website uses generally accepted information security techniques in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorized access to data. To achieve these ends, the user/client accepts that the lender obtains data for the purpose of the corresponding authentication of the access controls.
D-Lights guarantees according to the applicable laws and the following conditions all the products that it distributes.
In order to claim the product's lack of conformity, the consumer must contact D-lights as seller, who will process the official incident to the manufacturer of the product, so that it assumes responsibility and applies its guarantees. The law establishes a general period of 2 years from the acquisition for the problem to be manifested.
If the defect comes to light during the first 6 months since the delivery of the good, it is presumed that the anomaly already existed when it was bought and the consumer does not have to prove anything.
However, when the lack of conformity is manifested after 6 months and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer may require an expert report from its technical department to process the guarantee. In obvious cases of malfunction or irregular operation during the warranty period, the product or parts concerned must be changed directly.
In any case, during the time that the consumer is deprived of the product, the calculation of the warranty period is suspended; for example, if the repair of an object lasts 15 days, the warranty period will terminate 15 days after the original plan.
The shipping costs generated by the processing of the product guarantee will be borne by D-lights in those cases where it is assumed that the lack of conformity exists in the acquired good. It will always be under the instructions given by D-lights, upon request and acceptance.
Note: When the customer issues an invoice on behalf of a company (non-physical person), the shipping costs to our facilities will always be in charge of the customer, since the law on consumer goods does not regulate the sale between companies.
In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, you must inform us within a maximum period of 24 hours from its reception at email@example.com. In this case, all expenses will be borne by D-lights.
After this period D-lights will not be liable for any claim for this reason.
The return of a product unrelated to any incident by D-lights may only be accepted within 14 days of its acquisition, upon acceptance of the manufacturer and according to its conditions. Where a product has been made to measure or personalised for you, there is the possibility that the product cannot be returned. In case of acceptance of the return and meeting some specific requirements, which will be detailed at the time of the application form, the product may be subject to a depreciation which will be fixed by the manufacturer/D-lights. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. Items must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging (as it was received by you), and once the items have been checked, we will process your refund.
To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating: customer data, order number and reason for the return.
In these cases:
If the client took charge of the shipment, the products should arrive at our warehouse, at the address specified, perfectly identified and packaged. The product must be perfectly identified and marked with the return number provided by the customer service.
Products sold as offers and, in general, made-to-order products cannot be returned. They must be delivered to our carrier in perfect condition, packaged in a sealed wrapper that covers its original packaging.
AFTER SALES SERVICES
In the vast majority of our orders, product requests are made directly to the factories in Spain, France and Italy mainly. Due to this, after 24 hours, depending on the manufacturer, there is no possibility to cancel these orders. However, all requests will be verified.
For this reason we reserve the right to accept order cancellations beyond the 24h period.
Your order will be confirmed and processed after sending a personalized email as a reminder, and once the payment of your order has been verified depending on the payment method you have chosen. Any order is subject to partial or complete management, modification or cancellation before being confirmed.
